At Walton, we aim to nurture the students in our care and help them achieve to their full potential. To facilitate this, our pastoral system consists of four houses consisting of a mix of students across year groups:
Irnham
Belvoir
Belton
Burghley
Each house team is made up of a house leader, as well as form tutors.
Assemblies take place with each house and numerous activities take place in tutor periods where students can earn house points. Healthy competition, leadership skills and teamworking skills are nurtured through the house system. Each house also takes part in regular competitions and, at the end of the academy year, one house is crowned overall winner.
